What would happen if people decided to spend one whole week focusing only on kindness and positivity?
Happiness is something everyone wants, but many people find it difficult to keep for a whole week.
The Sacré Coeur Riedenburg school in Bregenz, decided to do the challenge for one whole week and wanted to find out if kindness could make everyday life happier.
We documented the week of kindness for a whole week and we were very satisfied with the results. The topic of this year was:
Being kind to the environment!

Especially in these days, we need to really, really care about our environment in our own nature!
All third-grade classes participated in this project.
The idea is not just to be kind during the week, but also to be kind in the future and to care more about nature!

Most of our students concentrated on being kind to people and of course, also the environment. For example:
- Amelie 3i: My two best acts were picking flowers for my bunnies and spending 20€ for the animal shelter in Dornbirn.
- Maja 3b: My two best acts were picking up trash in the forest and safe energy.
- Molly 3i: I give emotional support to my friend
- Paulina 3b: I picked up flowers for my sister because she did her diploma.
- Evi 3b: I use a reusable water bottle instead of a plastic water bottle.
- Marie 3a: I built a raised bed in our garden so we don't have to buy so many vegetables in a supermarket.
- Jakob 3c: I wrote my bike to school.
